Accounts Receivable Specialist - Full-time

This role leads with supporting the project teams with invoicing and reporting duties. You will perform numerous administrative tasks, including building import files, balancing data, generating, and entering invoices, and presenting with a variety of audiences to ensure accurate payment. In this role you will also lead all aspects of meeting weekly and monthly Target dates. The ideal candidate is hard-working and independent, yet familiar working toward induvial and team goals.

• Experience working with invoices, data management, timeline, and prioritization management.
• Running and analyzing related system reports.
• Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced environment with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness
• Prior experience with Sage / MAS 500, familiarity with ERP systems, and FieldPoint is helpful!

Shift: Business Hours/Days. Full time, hybrid.
