What's in it for you?

• 2nd shift, 4pm - midnight, Monday - Friday + OT including Saturdays

What will you be doing?

• Supervise all temp employees on the line
• Assist payroll/time clock when needed
• Schedule and manage breaks
• Handle safety & behavioral issues
• Delegate tasks
• Ensure SOP's and processes are followed

What do you bring?

• Positive, can-do attitude
• 2+ years minimum experience in , preferably in leadership role in a manufacturing/warehouse setting
• Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing with people of all skill levels and backgrounds
• Ability to read documents such as work orders and safety documents
• Ability to work at least 8 hours plus OT every week including occasional Saturdays
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
