ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES:



Clinical Supervision,

Supervises staff including training, delegating tasks, overseeing daily activities, mentoring, guiding through demonstration of best practices, and offering opportunities for professional development

Administrative Management
Supervises staff including training, delegating tasks, overseeing daily activities, mentoring, guiding through demonstration of best practices, and offering opportunities for professional development

Direct Patient Care
Provides for evidenced based psychotherapeutic treatment and/or psychosocial support to patient and family to reduce the impact of identified problems.
