Salary: $140,000 - $175,000 per year

Our client is actively recruiting for an associate attorney join their professional liability & commercial litigation practice group in Orange County! The opportunity is with an established national firm with multiple office locations across the country and has remote work flexibility.

We are seeking an attorney who has specific business or professional liability defense experience. Interested candidates should have significant experience in discovery and law and motion practice. The firm's professional liability clients work in a broad range of industries and include accountants, insurance brokers, lawyers, and other professionals. For the business litigation practice, you will have the opportunity to represent a variety of large and mid sized companies as well as entrepreneurs across a broad spectrum of commercial matters.

Job Details

Interested applicants must have prior professional liability or commercial litigation experience and be a member in good standing with the ABA. California Bar admission required. Compensation is commensurate with experience.

Candidates should be comfortable with attending legal proceedings, performing research and consulting with partners to provide legal advice. Organization and communication are cornerstones of this position in order to maintain an efficient process with clients, paralegals and senior attorneys.
