The Business Development Manager will report to the Vice President and will lead business development efforts to support Company's Business Plan.
This individual will be tasked with managing and driving the business development activities to reach and establish relationships with high-level clients and community stakeholders.
The Business Development Manager must be a flexible and adaptable team player, as well as have strong communication and client contact / management skills.
He / she will collaborate and work closely with the Executive team and Estimating. The position requires business management acumen and must demonstrate strong leadership, organizational and time management skills.
