Supervises day to day 360 Grille kitchen operations and staff. Supervises all food preparation to ensure a consistent, high quality food product. Works with the Food and Beverage management team and associates to continually improve guest and associate satisfaction while maintaining the operating budget. As an assistant department head, uses leadership skills to manage other managers. Prepares all soups, roasts, sauces, and vegetables. Maintains control charts of all food items produced. Responsible for opening and closing checklists and production of daily menu items. Must be able to read and follow menus and recipes. Trains new employees. Garde Manager and Saucier experience required. Culinary school preferred.
