5 Tower is a Med/Surg unit that has an emphasis on renal services. They focus on maintaining relationships with long term dialysis patients while undergoing exacerbation or crisis. What You’ll Do  

The Registered Nurse (RN) of 5 Tower is responsible for delivery of patient care.

The successful candidate will be able to: 

• Collaborate with other professional disciplines to ensure effective and efficient patient care delivery and the achievement of desired patient outcomes  
• Evaluate patient’s progress toward attainment of outcomes
• Assist with the plan of care, evaluate, modify and coordinate care, and communicate well with other disciplines
• Maintain confidentiality with all information 
• Perform all other duties as assigned 

What You’ll Bring 

• Valid RN Oklahoma license
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program - Associates degree minimum 
• Must have a passion for excellence 
• BLS - Basic Life Support
• Must demonstrate excellent English grammar and writing skills
• Professionalism displayed through sound judgement, initiative, and flexibility 
• Good interpersonal, communication, teamwork, and customer service skills 
• Strong organizational, problem-solving and follow-through skills
