We are currently seeking a Program Analyst, Journeyman to support our Patuxent River, MD customer. The Program Analyst will perform program management, technical, or business analysis. The Program Analyst shall participate as a member of and/or supports the Software IPT; and IPT directed business meetings. Collect, complete, organize and interpret technical data and financial information relating to acquisition and product programs. Tracks program/project status and schedules. Applies policies and procedures for financial planning. The ideal candidate will be able to perform the following duties as well as possess the following education and experience: Essential Job Duties: * Tracking and updating PMT * Creating and/or managing acquisition documentation (PID request, CDRLs, SoWs, tech evals, etc.) * Tracking funding request and spend plan status within CSPT * Coordinating updates of the weekly team tracker and probably other misc. items (data drills, coordinating briefs, etc.). * Performs management, technical, or business case analyses * Collects, completes, organizes and interprets data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs * Applies government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management Required Experience: * A minimum of three (3)- ten (10) years of experience performing duties described above. Required Education: * BA/BS Degree; ALLOWABLE SUBSTITUTION: Associate's Degree plus two (2) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Bachelor's Degree, OR Four (4) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category; may be substituted for a Bachelor's Degree Desired Experience: * Proficient with NAVAIR AMS Tools (PMT, CSPT, CDRL) * Knowledge of Navy/Military radio communications equipment * Demonstrated experience managing program/project status, schedules, SOW and CDRLs * Ability to clearly communicate written and verbally Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
