Job Description

Responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining data warehouse and analytics architecture to meet the business's analysis and reporting needs. This involves designing, developing, and supporting new and current processes employing industry standards and best practices to enhance loading of data from and into different source/ target systems. Role in an organization also includes providing support to the organization's business requirements in the application and consumption of information from other suitable source systems. Will be part of the team to review, analyze, modify, and create ETLs, utilizing SSIS, testing, debugging, integration and implementation processes. Tasks will also include documenting technical needs for ETL processes and databases, and ensuring optimal technical infrastructure is utilized. This position involves the delivering of data integration projects and would therefore require leveraging best practices expertise and experience at implementation; as well as effective technology know-how. The individual holding this position must be able to perform various complex assignments without much supervision; and must be able to carry out training for company and IT staff. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Building the structure and design of the data warehouse and database. 2. Normalizing and integrating data from multiple sources 3. Identifying who has access to the database 4. Implementing security measures for the data 5. Restoring lost data 6. Coordinate resources required to meet the business units' objectives. 7. Building test versions and testing for bugs 8. Merging databases when necessary 9. Create goals for areas of improvement; document improvement on monthly/quarterly basis; submit in writing to supervisor. 10. Updating systems when necessary 11. Continually monitoring database systems 12. Conceive analytics and business intelligence platform architecture 13. Provide excellent and comprehensive communication and education to internal and external staff and members. 14. Produces accurate metric reports in a timely manner. QUALIFICATIONS: 1. High school graduate. 2. Health care related experience preferred. 3. Strong IT background 4. Strong organizational and time management skills and able to work with little supervision while handling numerous projects simultaneously. 5. Provide innovate and creative ideas to achieve accurate CAAP CIN patient attribution. 6. Excellent written/verbal communication skills, especially the ability to communicate telephonically in a professional and effective manner. 7. Computer literacy in Word, Excel, Email, Power BI, Access, SQL. 8. Requires flexibility to be able to switch priorities in an positive and effective manner when directed by Network leadership. 9. Positive, service-oriented attitude. High level of integrity. 10. Ability to obtain and utilize sensitive information discreetly and objectively.
