CDL-A Owner Operator Company Truck Drivers
Owner Operator Advantages:
- Top drivers earn up to $223,000
- Guaranteed $125,000 per year
- For drivers who are OTR 27+ days per month (82 days per quarter). One day = 5+ hours
- Weekly hometime opportunities
- $2,000 signing bonus to all new hires!
- 1.47 CPM + FSC (calculated weekly)
- All miles paid
- 2 CPM for all assisted window loads
- 2 CPM quarterly performance bonus (calculated on mileage run per quarter)
- All stops paid
- Stop pay: $30 per stop
- Jobsite stops: $40 per stop
- CA stop pay: $75 per stop
- CA jobsite stops: $200 per stop
- Detention/layover pay: $30 per hour (after the first hour)
- After the second hour if under a brokered load
- Weekend layover: $300
- New York City/Long Island bonus: $100
- Additional window load: $100
Owner Operator Requirements:
- Stable Work History
- 1 year of verifiable CDL-A experience
- Valid Class A CDL
- Bobtail insurance
- Physical damage insurance
