Duration: 6 Months Contract Description: · The key responsibility in this role is helping the HCM Contact Center business transition from Genesys On Premise to Genesys cloud from a reporting and operation perspective. · Gap Analysis between the current between the on-premise Genesys system to GenCloud with respect to key call metrics, impact on client level SLAs, Client Reports, Agent Reports etc. · Design and develop custom, Adhoc and standard reports in Genesys cloud and data visualization tools such as Tableau to support multiple *** business units. · Provide weekly and monthly reporting to senior leadership. · Responsible for ancillary reporting from systems like call quality, speech analytics and Work Force Management. · Work with cross functional multi-disciplinary teams (Business Intelligence, Contact Center Tech team, Data Warehouse Developers, Project Managers) to support the GenCloud transition process. · Work with primary business stakeholders to gather and analyze data to guide the organization in decision making and performance. · Ensure that the contact center reporting solutions are scalable, reliable and compliant with industry standards. · Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments. Qualifications: · Experience analyzing, interpreting, and summarizing complex data as it relates to call center technologies · Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and other business units to identify reporting needs · 3+ Experience in creating custom reports and dashboards using various reporting tools including Genesys reporting, Tableau and MS Excel · 2+ years' experience using speech analytics software · Develop tools and processes to automate reports · Experience with data interchange formats (XML, CSV, etc.) is required · Ability to use SQL or other coding languages to extract data · Align reports to business objectives and key performance indicators · Good communication skills both verbal and written · Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience · Exposure to Cloud platforms like Genesys Cloud or AWS.
