      • Supervisory responsibilities, in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws, include: planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. Responsibilities may include assisting with interviewing and training employees.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n\t

        • Assists the Project Manager in creating the Primavera P6 project schedule.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n\t
        • Develop 90-day and 3-week schedules for crews.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n\t
        • Conduct pre-planning and goal setting with crews.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n\t
        • Oversee costs associated with your work items.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n\t
        • Coordinate manpower, heavy equipment, tooling and material needs for crews.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n\t

          • Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management degree or equivalent technical experience progressing through the ranks as a Journeyman to a Foreman to a Superintendent.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n\t
          • 5+ years similar construction Field Management experience.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n\t
          • Any experience in various aspects of construction - MEP, concrete, structural, earthwork - are strong pluses as we have a variety of specialized and generalist roles available.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n
