We live by our values; Safety, Accountability, Excellence, and Caring ____ About the Role Responsible for (including but not limited to) the effective execution of Reliability and Condition Monitoring activities and functions; to ensure that Maintenance strategies are optimized to achieve the asset life and performance specified by Maintenance and or the Concentrator area; and to ensure goals and KPI's for HSEC, Production, Maintenance, Quality and Cost are achieved for the overall Processing area and for Reliability and Condition Monitoring Maintenance. This position is also responsible for collecting data and analyzing the data to predict and prevent failures through oil analysis, vibration analysis, thermographic analysis, non-destructive testing and other technologies as required. The role will also actively investigate equipment failure modes to identify the root cause and provide actions for maintenance strategy correction or to Engineering for change of management. In addition, this position also provides timely and accurate reporting for the area as required. The Reliability Engineer also works with the Superintendent of Reliability to implement the overall strategy and plans for the department and provides expertise, knowledge and guidance for maintenance related to predictive and preventive maintenance; equipment reliability and condition monitoring, etc. Who We are Looking For Are you a highly motivated individual with a commitment to the safety and well-being of your fellow employees? If so, then you are the kind of person that we are looking for. ____ POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES • Ensure all employees are working in compliance with all Pinto Valley Mine and MSHA safety guidelines and procedures. • Ensure all employees and contractors are working in compliance with all Pinto Valley Mine standard operating procedures. • Ensure that all employees and contractors are certified to execute the tasks/jobs they are assigned. • Maintain department compliance with local, state, federal and company standards. • Keep up to date with mining laws and safety regulations and communicate directives to ensure adherence to applicable rules and regulations. • Ensure involvement and participation in the development and execution of long-term and short-term maintenance equipment plans and schedules - to optimize production, improve equipment availability and decrease downtime. • Ensure involvement and participation in down day planning, review, management and control, and post mortem activities. • Control spare parts inventory; inventory levels; critical spares; parts purchasing, etc. (as required). • Manage and coordinate vendor and/or contractor services and contracts (as required). • Coordinate, review and approve the creation and/or revision of safe work practices, work orders, bills of material, etc. (as required). • Ensure knowledge of reliability and condition monitoring maintenance targets to ensure processing throughput matches the mining plan and correct or address issues as they arise. • Spend appropriate time in the field and ensure that critical systems, processes, procedures, controls, methods, risks, etc. are being correctly and uniformly applied and properly managed and used by all teams and personnel. • Provide expertise, leadership and guidance to internal and external departments (as required). • Produce daily, weekly and monthly reliability and condition monitoring maintenance reports that monitor progress vs. business objectives and budget as required. • Aid in developing and implementing Reliability and Condition Monitoring maintenance programs and operations to maximize maintenance efficiency and resources. • Aid in developing and implementing Reliability and Condition Monitoring maintenance operational programs, processes and policies to meet organizational governance requirements and standards. • Identify options and implement actions to adopt best practices for Reliability and Condition Monitoring maintenance. • Identify potential issues and collaborate with other department management to prevent, mitigate or resolve these issues in a real-time environment. • Investigate and identify options and recommend shor
