Physical Requirements

May need to lift or handle objects up to 25lb; Working at a computer workstation for extended periods; Repetitive motion. May travel to/or work at various locations. While work is primarily done remote, work may be performed in the field, and position holder be exposed to elements of weather and temperature extremes when reviewing job sites.



Shift

8:00am - 5:00pm (Monday - Friday) Hours of work may vary dependent upon situational factors requiring evening(s), weekend(s), and holiday(s) response.



Job Summary

The expectation is primarily day shift Monday through Friday, however as an exempt-level position, additional hours may be required as needed to perform job duties. This position may require occasion support for on call coverage that could include nights, weekends, and holidays. The expectation for this position is to be hybrid remote (some minimal on-site work with implementing projects) but primarily remote.

The Programmer Systems Analyst Senior will possess strong communication skills, strong customer service skills, and a high level of experience developing applications. The position will also support existing custom solutions in an enterprise environment and have experience participating in team-based application development and support group. Primary duties include basic triage of issues with solutions, fulfilling requests for modifications, identifying, and creating new systems, perform administrative duties of the created systems, and support the training of end-users on systems in use. Additional responsibilities include assisting in the timely and accurate estimation of requests, performing unit and system testing, and assisting in setting development standards.
