We are actively seeking to hire a Neuropsychologist who can partner with us to achieve that mission. You will be joining us at a critical time in our journey, as we have ambitious growth plans and significant opportunities.
We are looking for a Neuropsychologist to join our team and oversee the diagnosis and treatment of patients suffering from neuropsychological problems. The ideal candidate will be motivated by joining a quickly growing organization, and excited to help us improve the care experience for patients and providers. #LI-HYBRID
Neuropsychologist Responsibilities:
Conduct neuropsychological testing such as assessments of intelligence, academic ability, attention, concentration, sensorimotor function, language, learning, and memory
Interview patients to obtain comprehensive medical histories
Treat patients for general psychotherapy needs
Diagnose conditions involving injury to the central nervous system, such as cerebrovascular accidents, neoplasms, infectious or inflammatory diseases, degenerative diseases, head traumas, demyelinating diseases, and various forms of dementing illnesses
Provide education or counseling to individuals and families
Read current literature, talk with colleagues, and participate in professional organizations or conferences to keep abreast of developments in neuropsychology
Establish neurobehavioral baseline measures for monitoring progressive cerebral disease or recovery
Provides concurrent documentation in the EMR in an accurate manner which is consistent with Geode procedure and applicable standards
A doctoral degree in neuropsychology and the successful completion of a post-doctoral fellowship
Active and unrestricted license to practice medicine
