UI/UX Designer - Full-time / Part-time

POSITION SUMMARY Sourcepass is revolutionizing the way customers interact with IT through a proprietary customer portal. Sourcepass is for looking for a deeply collaborative UX/UX Designer capable of validating and executing product strategies across teams, initiatives, and channels to help facilitate an IT experience that customers love. They will work with stakeholders internally and externally to refine designs which are brought to developers. They will also coordinate and conduct customer interviews with the Product Manager on a frequent basis. This is a great opportunity to shape the future of all design efforts related to the application. The salary for this position is $65,000+ (negotiable based on experience). RESPONSIBILITIES * Develop information architecture guides, wireframes, prototypes and presentations that can communicate core features/functionality and product structure to stakeholders and technology team * Partner and collaborate with Product Managers, UI/UX Designers, and engineering team leads to create designs for product discovery and engineering sprints * Work with the Product Manager to conduct weekly stakeholder feedback sessions for product discovery and user journey mapping. Thoughtfully synthesize learnings to inform design decisions and share back with the core team * Maintain style libraries that are consistent across all product designs * Keep abreast of latest interactive technology, developments trends, and UX/UI best practices in the digital landscape, and evaluate suitability for Sourcepass DESIRED SKILLSET/EXPERIENCE * Excellent communication skills, presentation skills, and experience working directly with customers * Bachelor's Degree in Design, or equivalent combination of education and experience, with a portfolio of relevant work * Experience with Figma * Skills working in project management platforms such as Asana, Monday.com, Jira, Wrike is a plusAbility and willingness to work as part of a self-organizing team * Experience part of a cross-functional, agile development team a plus * Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment * Innovative and creative thinker * Experience with prototyping and product discovery a plus
