Lead Mover/Driver

THE GIG

We are currently looking for new teammates at Bellhop! We’re in search of Lead Movers (known as Admirals) to join the Bellhop Moving team. As an Admiral you will be responsible for operating the moving truck, leading a team of professional movers, as well as loading, securing, and unloading customer property.

Local work no long hauls; be at home every night!

Consistent schedule we’ll work with you to determine your set days, it will include weekends and holidays

Guaranteed hours minimum of 30 hours per week for full-time employees with availability as outlined

Paid holidays four paid holidays per year

Overtime pay when you work >40 hours per week

Mover Criteria

• Ability to repeatedly lift and carry heavy items (up to 100 lbs)
• Strong communication and customer service skills

Driver Criteria

• Must be 21, have a driver’s license, and pass a driving record check
• Willingness to learn and operate a 26ft box truck, and practice safe driving habits (truck driving experience is helpful, but not necessary)
• Lead a team to deliver high-quality, professional moving services in a team environment
