RN Opening - Full or Part Time ($45-65/hr)

Our client is the largest nonprofit provider of senior health care and living communities. You will be an integral member of the clinical support team and collaborates with other multidisciplinary members to meet the clinical needs of the patients.

Responsibilities :

Ensures adherence to the plan of care
Assure completion of admission or discharges during shift
Delegates and supervises clinical care delivered by the licensed practical nurse and the nursing assistant
Practices in a primary nursing model and maintains accountability for a set of assigned patients

Qualifications :

Graduate of an approved school of nursing
Active Massachusetts RN license, RN's fresh out of school are encouraged to apply
Must be professional, proactive, and collaborative
Russian fluency is a plus
