LPN - Assisted Living ($35-45/hr + benefits + free & easy parking)

 

Our client is a senior living center for those who are not able to live on their own any longer. They are looking for an LPN who will utilize the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation to ensure quality nursing care and maximize the quality of life for the patients. 

About the offer: 

• $35 to $45/hr pay based on experience

Responsibilities:

• Ensures all care delivered is within the scope and established standards of safe professional nursing practice and HSL core competencies
• Provide clinical/supervisory oversight to the assigned unit during shift
• Documents appropriately in the electronic medical record
• Serves as a resource and support to the elder assistants in the units

Requirements:

• Must be an active Licensed Practical Nurse in Massachusetts
• Previous experience is a plus
• Must be adaptable to change
• Superb organizational skills. Must have solid analytical skills
