Employment Specialist

Express Employment Professionals in St. Cloud MN is expanding its team. We are looking for an outgoing, customer service focused individual to be a FT Recruiter. The best candidates enjoy engaging people, welcome a challenge, and work hard. In this position you will be answering phones, recruiting, posting positions, scheduling potential employees for a variety of jobs, conducting reference checks and other Human Resource related duties. Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

• Learn to assist with a wide variety of phone calls
• Scheduling qualified candidates for interviews
• Posting job opportunities on many websites
• Conducting reference checks
• Sourcing and reviewing resumes for open positions
• Conducting phone interviews
• Assisting with onboarding process
• Promoting available workers to local companies
• Other projects as needed

 

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Excellent communication including outstanding written, oral, and organizational skills.
• An analytical mind capable of learning quickly, adapting to change, and problem solving.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Google Suite.
• Professionalism in presentation and appearance.
• A background in phone customer service or sales.
• Familiarity with CRM systems helpful.

 

Compensation:

Pay is dependent upon experience and is a full-time position working between the hours of 8:00 am - 5 pm Monday- Friday.
