We are looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Discharge Lounge team! In your role, you will be integral to our patients' continuity of care as you teach and instruct patients and their families as they transition home. You will have the opportunity to work alongside a close-knit team of 5 RN's, 1 PCT, and a discharge planner, that care for a diverse patient population. • Graduate of approved nursing program required
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred
Experience
Consistent demonstration of Novice / Advance Beginner clinical nursing practice proficiency required
Licenses and Certifications
• RN - Current State of California Registered Nurse license required
• BLS - Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers by American Heart Association (AHA) required
