We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales Rep to work onsite in our Palm City, Florida location. This is not a counter sales/retail environment.

This is an exciting role for someone with B2B sales experience! You must be technically minded and be able to help customers by analyzing and identifying the products they need and explaining the technical features to them. To do this, you will continuously update your job knowledge by utilizing all available resources including studying new product descriptions and participating in educational opportunities. You’ll be nurturing an assigned list of accounts, as well as soliciting orders from accounts assigned (i.e. from lead generation), while tracking all activity in the CRM (Salesforce). You will work collaboratively with regional sales managers, business development and marketing teams and all other internal operations to support the sales team goals. You may occasionally participate in trade shows and customer visits with regional sales managers.

Our highly qualified candidate will have:

  • Minimum of 6 months of successful experience in a B2B sales role.
  • Ability to understand and analyze customer requirements.
  • Highly effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Fluency in verbal and written English
  • Proficiency with a CRM system.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proficiency using a PC, including a spreadsheet program (i.e. Excel, Google Sheets, etc.)
  • Motivated and self-directed, with the ability to appreciate and meet aggressive goals.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Flexibility, with the demonstrated ability to easily adapt to changes within the work environment, delays, or unexpected events.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Dependability.
  • Professional demeanor with a high level of respect for others and accountability for one’s own actions.

It’s a plus if:

  • You have experience in sales or customer support of electronic products.
  • You have proficiency with Salesforce.
  • You are bilingual (Spanish/English).


High School diploma or equivalent is required; technical or marketing degree is preferred
