Kitchen and Delivery Worker - Part-time

Meals on Wheels of Northeast Ohio is seeking a Kitchen and Delivery worker to join our team!

Responsibilities:

Kitchen and Delivery workers will train in all aspects of Meals on Wheels operations, including:

• Delivery of meals and wellness checks on our homebound clients.
• Coordinating and packing customer orders.
• Assist the kitchen staff with portioning hot meals and/or cleaning as needed.
• Stocking the kitchen as products are delivered.
• Verifying the accuracy of orders for meal delivery and loading meals for delivery to distribution sites.

Requirements:

Successful candidates will have:

• Experience in a food service environment and/or delivery experience
• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Computer literacy
• Be fully vaccinated against COVID in order to protect our clients.
• ServSafe Certification is a plus!
• You must have a valid driver's license, a clean Ohio MVR, and the ability to pass periodic background investigations as required by our funders.
