This position is for an experienced professional engineer to become a member of the Digital Processor Software development team. The individual in this role will have the opportunity to perform software development in the area of Signal Processing and/or Signal Injection. The candidate will perform real-time software engineering to support our Digital Processor products used within our Radar systems. Additionally, the individual will be working in an Agile team environment with domain experts from Hardware, Software, Subsystems and Systems Engineering to understand requirements, establish architecture/design, implement sound solutions, develop unit tests, and support integration and sustainment activities. Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical discipline with a concentration in computer science courses
- The ability to work in an accelerated team environment with a minimum of four years of directly relevant professional experience
- Proficiency in object oriented C++ programming
- Candidate must be able to obtain & maintain a secret security clearance
Desired Skills:
- Experience with Software Modeling (UML) and architecture
- Understanding and application of Design Patterns
- Experience with Code Optimization
- Experience with Automated Test tools and Techniques, Static Code Analysis tools and Embedded Applications

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off
