• Ability to handle overall performance related activity of the application including results analysis
• Experience analyzing performance of programming code to pinpoint bottlenecks
• Capacity modelling experience to find out tier specific performance boosting areas
• Experience creating test templates that will be used for validation testing and testing with the various tool sets which includes Unix Batches, Informatica, Control M, Oracle SQL/PLSQL, SQL Developer, SBM teamtrack, Rally, Sharepoint.

• Experience preparing test reports for servers and ability to analyze the server data
• Experience working with stakeholders to understand current state
• Experience identifying gaps and making recommendations
• Experience creating test templates that will be used for validation testing and testing with the various tool sets which includes Unix Batches, Informatica, Control M, Oracle SQL/PLSQL, SQL Developer, SBM teamtrack, Rally, Sharepoint.

Pluses:

Working knowledge of Splunk and AppDynamics

Day to day:

• Create Test templates that will be used for validation testing and testing with the various tool sets which includes Unix Batches, Informatica, Control M, Oracle SQL/PLSQL, SQL Developer, SBM teamtrack, Rally, Sharepoint.
• Create the results summaries once tests are completed which contains the required information on performance parameters like CPU utilization, SBS, Runtime, stability of ENV during the test.
• Discussions with business team on the requirements for ETL loads which consists of HR load, Volume Drivers, Punch. Once the requirements are finalized then prepared the ADD’s (Application Design Document) and got it approved from the various stakeholders.
• ADD’s review work on the ETL development and on the job set up through Control-M. Create batch jobs which will invoke the Informatica workflow through Control-M via pmcmd command.
• Unit testing once the development is done and next the code is pushed to QA.
• Supporting QA team on the QA testing. Once the QA is passed it is moved to UAT where the end-to-end testing happens.
• Create Control-M FTP jobs for all ETL loads which will put the ETL load files into application server.
• Support Business manual requests which need to be tested in uat and send to prod on the same day once the business confirms the data is fine in uat.
• Gathering requirements in detail from functional and business specifications and carry out requirement analysis.
• Carrying out impact analysis and Estimations of the Enhancements.
• Preparing the detailed plan for the development of the Business requirements and Enhancements.
• Developing the CASE diagrams, high- and low-level designs and modelling the application.
• Responsible for construction of the program affected by Business requirements and enhancements.
• Develop detailed test plans and test the Sourced code for the Requirements.
• Follow-up with customers on satisfaction of solution and conducting User Acceptance Testing.                                                                                 
• Support for successful production deployment of the release.
• Team coordination using IPMS.
