Customer Service Rep - Full-time / Part-time

Small manufacturing company (Family owned and operated), looking for a Customer Service Representative Monday – Friday 730a – 4p or 830a - 5p (will entertain Part-Time employment flex hours).

Basic knowledge of office and QuickBooks Enterprise a plus.  Will be dealing directly with business’s full filling Purchase Orders and working with various Shipping companies to arranging shipments of orders both LTL and Ground.

We sale direct to end users as well as dealers and distributors.  Very relaxed atmosphere, casual dress and open-door policy.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Provide assistance to customers or Plant Manager
Prepare bills of lading for pick up and or deliveries.
Maintain excellent communication with external and internal customers as well as interline companies.

May be asked to assist with other task such as:
Assist w/various admin task
Billing 
Website updates

Help with recruiting

Qualifications:
Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Programs
Quickbooks helpful but not a required
Attention to detail a must.

Phone Skills as well as written skills.
Exceptional communication and customer service skills

Data entry
Legally eligible to work in the United States
Must be at least 18 years of age
