Stand Up Forklift Operator - Full-time / Part-time

Penmac Staffing is currently seeking applicants for Stand Up Forklift Operators in Republic, MO. Primary Responsibilities: In this position, you will be responsible for loading and unloading product in the loading for the shipping and receiving department. You will work closely with inventory control workers to scan shipments and make sure we receive the right amount of certain products. When you find errors, you will report them immediately to the warehouse manager. All applicants must have previous standup forklift experience and have some general warehouse experience. Additional duties include: * Unload products from arriving trucks * Scan incoming inventory and report any errors * Move stock from the bay to the appropriate section of the warehouse * Load outgoing shipments onto trucks * Provide general support to the rest of the warehouse Skills and Qualifications: * Excellent oral and written communication skills * Ability to use picking machines in warehouses and manually pick items * Knowledge of in-house databases and order tracking software * Interpersonal skills * Ability to work while standing for long hours and consistently lift at least 50 pounds safely * Knowledge of warehouse health and safety policies and procedures * Forklift driving license * Attention to detail Pay and Schedule: * $16.00 per hour * Monday-Friday * 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM * Saturdays and additional overtime may be required Apply online or in person at 618 East Elm in Republic.
