(ESOP) A week in the life of a Program Analyst (Senior): * Track and analyze program requirements, status, budget and schedules. * Perform program management, technical, or business case analyses. * Participate as a member of and/or supports the specified Program Integrated Product Teams (IPTs); and IPT directed business meetings. * Collect, complete, organize and interpret technical data and financial information * Plan, develop, review, and coordinate DoD/Navy acquisition documentation * Oversee the efforts of less senior staff and/or be responsible for the efforts of all staff assigned to a specific job. * Support customer tag-ups, working groups and various milestone events * Interpret technical and financial information related to aircraft acquisition and product programs. * Develop program materials, meeting minutes and action tracking * Participate in Risk Management and CDRL management activities. * Establish and define program plan requirements * Assists in planning, manning, executing and contract duties to maintain cost, schedule, and performance. * Usescheduling tools andprovide insight and oversight of program progress AMERICAN SYSTEMS is committed to pay transparency for our applicants and employee-owners. The salary range for this position is$120,000-155,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors permitted by law.
