Role : ServiceNow Developer Location : Richmond, Virginia (Hybrid Role) Duration : 6+Months / Contract (C2C is Fine) MOI : Telephonic + Skype Visa : ANY Visa Job Description :- Day to Day: * Develop, maintain, and enhance service request applications on the ServiceNow platform to automate and improve business processes * Develop test cases for functional, UAT testing, resolution of reported defects and perform integration testing using sample data * Troubleshoot technical issues through all phases of SDLC * Collaborate with the project manager to establish timelines, specifications, and budget * Implement and monitor changes to ensure a smooth transition * Conduct staff training on new procedures * Provide regular updates on project status to supervisors Qualifications: (At least 3 years with the below skills) * Expertise level understanding of ServiceNow Platform & its capabilities are required. * Good understanding of service-oriented architecture, software application architecture, and the ability to consult with customers about these topics * Exp w/ ServiceNow Platform/Software appl * Experience developing test scripts and plans * Self-motivator with the ability to work through stakeholder requests which may have high ambiguity * Associates Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field * Strong focus on code quality and reusability * Outstanding critical thinking, communications, and personal interaction skills * Understanding of restful web services.
