Assembly Worker

ASSEMBLY WORKER Automation Personnel Services is looking for hard-working Assembly Workers in the Fabricating Department for a company based in Jasper, TN. In this role, you will be responsible for performing an array of duties such as machine operation. Positions are full-time temp to hire. Pay Rate 1st shift: $13.00 per hour (potential for $.25 increase at 30 and 60 days and possibly a $.50 increase at 90 days) 2nd Shift: $13.50 per hour Schedule and Hours 1st shift: Monday to Friday, 6:00 am-2:30 pm 2nd shift: Monday- Thursday 2:30 pm-1:00 am (will train on 1st shift for 2 weeks) Assembly Worker Duties and Responsibilities • Measure accurate cuts of metal • Load and unload metal pieces into the machine used to punch pre-determined holes • Operate press • Track production for each day. Reviews will be based on production • Verify measurement of parts Assembly Worker Requirements and Qualifications • Read tape measure to 1/32 • Lift 50 pounds consistently during shift (in-office assessment will be conducted) • Previous machine operator experience is a plus • Background check and drug screen B e nefits • Weekly Pay • 401(k) retirement plan • Medical, dental, and vision insurance • Vacation Pay • Holiday Pay Interested in this job?
