Director of Operations

The Director of Operations takes a leadership role in directing in the day-to-day functions of a busy surgical practice while heading up growth and expansion. Our mission is to serve real women, by giving them real results, without the fluff. We take pride in ensuring the patient experience is a superior one. With international recognition, our patients travel from all over the U.S., Europe, Canada, Mexico, and the Middle East. Our surgeon is a world-renowned speaker and trainer in injectables and social media for a medical practice. Our medical spa features injectables, lasers, microneedling, radiofrequency, and skincare. This position would help to ensure that we maintain the same superior experience, with the exciting opportunity to grow the medical spa portion by adding new modalities. We are doubling our current treatment space with a state-of-the-art facility. This position allows for the unique opportunity to grow a completely new business. We are looking someone creative and dynamic, with strong planning skills, to head up this new program. 

This position has administrative authority, responsibility, and accountability for overseeing the routine business and clinical functions of the practice through hiring, directing, supervising, and training of administrative and clinical staff, such as front desk, medical assistants, nursing, ancillary services, and other staff to ensure maximum utilization of resources, cross-coverage of functions, and efficient delivery of services. The Director of Operations provides cross coverage of functional areas and works with staff to ensure smooth daily operations. 

The Director of Operations will create strategic plans, and ensure initiatives, financial, and operational goals are achieved in a timely, effective, and positive manner. Responsibilities include analyzing, problem-solving, action planning, organizing, improving, implementing, maintaining efficient and effective daily operations, and general management of the practice, and other duties, as assigned. The Director of Operations possesses the ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal, in a clear, concise, positive manner with staff, patients. The person in this position should be a self-starter, creative, and interested in putting in the work to create a truly excellent practice. 

The position reports to the Owner/Surgeon and Practice Director and will meet with them weekly to review processes, initiatives, finances, and development. 

Experience:

·      Bachelor’s Degree in healthcare administration, business, marketing, or related field. Master’s degree a plus

·       Experience in the aesthetic industry a plus
