Position Details
The Program Director responsible for clinical and operational oversight of the Dual Diagnosis Treatment Team (DDTT) through management of all relevant functions related to ensuring the highest level of fidelity to the DDTT model and mission. Position requires direct supervision of program operations.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- Master's Degree and licensed preferred in social work, psychology, or another human service-related field (LPC, LSW, LCSW, BSL, etc.).
- Unlicensed applicants are eligible for consideration, however unlicensed applicants are required to identify a process to obtain licensure within an agreed amount of time. Must have no less than 4 years of experience in the behavioral health field with:
- Preferred two years of experience in a mental health setting
- Preferred two years working with individuals with intellectual disabilities
- Possess at least two years of program management experience
- Valid Ohio Driver's license, ability to pass appropriate clearances
