Submittal Details: #Tier4 Travel Compliance Need 4 weeks/28 days+ at minimum lead time from Booking to Start to account for Credentialing/Compliance.Last 4 digits SSNDOBKeep RTO to a minimum, preferably no requests for schedule weeks off during assignment. Any RTO must be approved prior to assignment start. Expect to work some holidays.Can submit to multiple jobs and we will direct to best fit1 year RNs accepted and 1st time travelers acceptedCNAs must have license in hand to submitRN or LPN Can submit if traveler has applied for MN license, or if they have MN license in hand. Please don t submit if they have not appliedIf job is for Saint Benedicts MN license in hand is requiredAt signing, if a traveler does not yet possess MN license in their field of specialty, they must begin the process immediately. MN BON takes 2-3 weeks via mail, 5-10 business days via email. If traveler does not comply, they will be pushed until said license has been issued, or risk being canceled.Traveler's primary residence must be more than 50 miles from facility. For CNAs, they must be more than 25 miles from the facility. They do not accept locals.Please indicate candidate EPIC experience, not required but helpful for planning orientationIf traveler is a perm employee or was recently perm at any CentraCare facility within the last 9 months, they are not eligible to travel.FYI- It is the traveler s sole financial responsibility to make travel arrangements to MN for any necessary state requirements, e.g., Fingerprinting, traveling to begin assignment, etc.Livescan Fingerprinting: Residents and Non-MN residents must commit to completing FP's within 48 hours of signing. As an FYI ALL travelers MUST arrive the Monday prior to their Monday start for fingerprinting. Travelers must agree to travel to MN early for fingerprints and will not be cleared to start unless fingerprint results are on file. If there are any findings in their background, the process can take 3-4 weeks. If fingerprints do not result, travelers will likely be pushed back one week. This is a MN State Requirement NO EXCEPTIONS.Labs: At signing, ALL travelers are to be notified to go to the lab for required testing as soon as they receive the requisition from their CS. If the traveler does not comply, they will be pushed until lab results are received, or risk being canceled. *Travelers are required to go to the lab within 48 hrs. of signing*Modules - all modules are billable, hours will vary based on assignmentVaccine exemptions required with submittal
