CREW MEMBER ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  Delivers unparalleled hospitality to each customer.

  Prepares and assembles food and smoothie ingredients to brand standards.

  Uses sanitation practices to handle and prepare food.

  Sets up and monitors food and smoothie workstations.

  Cleans and organizes kitchen, workstations, dining room, restrooms and other areas in the café.

  Follows the steps to operate the register, including taking customer orders, accurately handling cash and being responsible for the drawer.

  Follows all safety and security policies set by the brand.

Required qualifications:

• 16 years or older
• Legally authorized to work in the United States

Preferred qualifications:

• Valid driver's license
• Reliable transportation to and from work
