(ESOP) A week in the life of an Agile Program Analyst: * Act as the Scrum Master for Software Production Facility (SPF), consisting of various sub-engineering teams and projects * Facilitate and participate in full Agile planning * Work with SPF engineering team(s) to organize and maintain project work and planning * Document and maintain SPF functions for sprint team organization and planning, technical documentation, and knowledge base * Communicate and sync regularly with the PMA Scrum Masters to report status and communication impediments * Perform procurement functions of hardware and software * Maintain and update master Software Renewal calendar * Maintain and update annual software renewal costs * Document and maintain SOPs for all purchasing processes and all scrum and agile processes AMERICAN SYSTEMS is committed to pay transparency for our applicants and employee-owners. The salary range for this position is$90,000-130,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors permitted by law.
