We are seeking that Licensed Practical Nurse who desires the rewards of working in Family Medicine. This opening is based at our Woodpark Place facility in beautiful Woodstock .  Monday-Thursday 8am to 5 Friday 8am 2pm 

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) functions under the direction of the Physician, Nurse Supervisor and Practice Manager. The LPN recognizes patient's needs and symptoms in advance and provides care for the patient under the physician's direction. This includes preparing patient for exams, assisting during treatments, coordinating tests and follow-up care, and recording treatment in medical record. The LPN assists with patient and family education and demonstrates competency and skills to serve patients of all ages.
