Sales Consultant - Job Description:

  • Greet and guide customers as they appear on the lot to proceed into the sales process
  • Commit to becoming an expert and gain in-depth knowledge of Toyota vehicles
  • Enhance the sales process by demonstrating the vehicle's features on the lot
  • Complete quotes and explain financing options
  • Follow up with prospective customers and return email/voicemail
  • Support on-line customers by setting appointments
  • Follow up with existing customers to confirm their satisfaction and generate leads

Sales Consultant - Job Requirements:

  • We are seeking both Experienced and Non-Experienced Sales Professionals
  • Enthusiastic with high energy through the sales workday
  • Outgoing and friendly, especially while handling objections
  • The commitment to starting a new career
  • Basic MS Office knowledge; computer software and internet proficiency
  • Excellent appearance, verbal/written communication, strong negotiation and presentation skills
  • Persistent, competitive, and good work ethic
  • Must possess the ability to ask for the sale and follow-through
  • Valid U.S. Driver's license
  • Must be willing to submit to and pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
