Responsibilities - Assistant Parts Manager

• Assist Parts Manager with overseeing and managing a profitable and efficient Parts Department
• Train and manage staff
• Establish pricing to generate profits
• Maintain correct parts inventory 
• Review sales, costs, and inventory monthly
• Assist customers in purchasing parts and accessories
• Order parts and stock items into inventory 
• Obtain parts for repair technicians
• Maintain a clean and organized department
• Maintain high CSI
• Other tasks may be assigned

Requirements - Assistant Parts Manager

• Motorcycle parts experience is a plus
• Good customer service, communication, and computer skills are required
• Good work ethic and organizational skills
• Valid driver's license and good driving record (Motorcycle endorsement is a plus)
• High school diploma or equivalent
