IT Support - Part Time

Express is partnering with a local organization seeking a PT Entry-Level IT Support to join their team! This position will provide IT support on a variety of different levels. 

 

Accountabilities:  

• Setting up accounts and profiles for new internal users 
• Provide technical and network problem resolution by performing their step-by-step solution process 
• Resolving username and password problems, verifying proper hardware and software set up, assisting with navigating around application menus and troubleshooting email issues 
• Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary 
• Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, scanners 
• Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions 
• Determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided 

Qualifications: 

• Experience with Windows 10, Windows 7, Office 365 troubleshooting 
• IT Experience is required 

 

Hours/Pay: 

• Part Time / 20 hours a week 
• Flexible between the hours of 8:00A-5:00P 
• Evaluation to hire with benefits when hired on
