About this job
Responsibilities include: Adding users, controlling access to document libraries, and setting permissions.
Reviewing usage and activity reports and adjusting ensure optimized user-
experiences.
Knowledge of Windows operating systems, as well as SQL Server, Power BI,
PowerShell, and Office 365 desired.
Knowledge of SharePoint tools, including ULS Logs, workflows, and SharePoint
forms for tasks.
Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Performing SharePoint user management and group management
Experience with Power BI data visualization tool
Developing solutions for business process automation
Provide support and guidance to users on SharePoint features and functionalities.
Design and develop custom SharePoint sites, pages, libraries, lists, views, workflows,
and scripts.
Promote user adoption through user and site manager training, consultation, and
support of existing SharePoint functionality.
Provide quality assurance review of engagement processes and deliverables.
Develop new workflows, and customer coding to support migrations to SharePoint
Online
Meet/interview customer to capture specific requirements in concise format.
Determine options and provide a coordinated approach to managing the planning of
services performing the actual conversion or rebuilding of exiting forms, tools and
workflows to function in the new environment.
Knowledge/Experience must include: Knowledge/Experience must include the following.
Experience with SharePoint templates (site templates, list templates, master page
customization)
Knowledgeable with web parts development, management, and troubleshooting with
a focus on planning, deploying, and supporting enterprise SharePoint
implementations.
At least 2 years' experience as a SharePoint administrator desired.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or HS/GED + 5 yrs. in Windows Computing Environment Baseline Certification (required): DoD Approved 8570 Baseline Certifications – IAT
III or IAM I or higher (Security+ minimum)
Must be able to obtain a Computing Environment Certification in at least 1 area
within 6 months from hire date (IAW DoD 8570.01-M C3.2.4.8.3 & C2.3.9).
Examples include the following, or any similar certification:
o Microsoft: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate (MDAA)
o MCSE: Core Infrastructure, Data Management and Analytics
o MCSA: Windows Server, SQL Database Administration, SQL Server
o CCNA
o VMWare Certified Technical Associate
o MS Azure Administrator
o AWS Solutions Architect
