Companion Care Needed For My Mother In Derby - Full-time / Part-time

We need overnight companion care for my mother in Derby. Duties include providing overnight company although she will be sleeping most of the time or quietly watching TV, she will occasionally need help walking to/from bathroom, and changing her if there is an accident, and for someone to be nearby and available in case of any emergency. Preference for a caregiver who is a non-smoker, CPR / first-aid trained and covid vaccinated.
