This Nurse Manager ED will join an incredible team of medical professionals and assist the Director in overseeing the Assistant Nurse Managers, Charge Nurses, staff RN's, and other ancillary staff on the unit. This Manager will be responsible for ensuring quality of patient care, communicating effectively with all members of the interdisciplinary teams, assisting with hiring, staffing, and budgeting on the unit, supporting staff as needed, ensuring continuing education needs are met, assisting with departmental meetings, and work with upper leadership on hospital goals, and priorities to ensure highest quality of care and patient satisfaction. 

This ED Manager must have a BSN and an active RN CT license. He/she must also have previous clinical experience in an ED/Critical Care setting with previous leadership experience (supervisor, assistant nurse manager, manager) A Masters degree is highly preferred.
