This RN Manager of ED will join an established team of medical professionals to help lead this busy, 25+ bed department. Reporting directly to the Director of Emergency, this Manager will assist in overseeing 70+ FTE's. Responsibilities for this role include assisting with staffing and hiring as needed, collaborate with the Director to ensure department and organizational goals are being met, oversee the department budget, encourage communication among all members of interdisciplinary team, ensure top quality patient care and satisfaction, hold/lead departmental meetings, and ensure all hospital, local, state, and federal rules and regulations are upheld. 

This RN Manager of ED needs their BSN as well as previous manager and/or director level experience in an ED (4+ years). A masters degree and active RN licensure in Connecticut are also required.
