What You Will Do:
Guidehouse is looking for a Project Lead/Business Analyst to support the Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) for a large, federal agency. The project lead will directly support the federal lead in managing one or more enterprise services providing end user devices and equipment. The selected individual will assist in tracking major projects, coordinating across teams, and monitoring compliance with standards and security practices. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, be diligent in their follow through, and have experience working with executives and customers to manage issues.
Specific Tasks Include:
Developing schedules and tracking progress for major initiatives.
Escalating risks and preparing executive briefings
Monitoring SLAs, and compliance with service resolution and ISO processes
Initiating, executing, and closing out projects of varying scope, size, and complexity
Sourcing and evaluating customer requirements
Tracking troubleshooting and issue resolution progress and actions
What You Will Need:
The initial ability to obtain and maintain a Federal Public Trust, MUST upgrade to a TOP SECRET security clearance
Bachelors Degree
FOUR (4) years' managing large technology integration projects
Experience managing or supporting technical projects, escalating risks, and managing schedules
Experience with enterprise systems and deployments (e.g., IT Service Management, Change Requests, Business Analysis, etc.)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
What Would Be Nice To Have:
An ACTIVE and CURRENT TOP SECRET federal security clearance
Consulting experience.
PMP Certification
Federal government consulting a plus
Cybersecurity strategy and implementation experience
Technical certifications (AWS, Microsoft, CISSP, etc.)
