Job Description

Takeda Development Center Americas, Inc. is seeking a Senior Research Associate in Lexington, MA with the following requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, Pharmacy, Engineering or related field plus 2 years of related experience. Prior experience must include: HPLC operation and data analysis using various types of detectors, such as PDA and CAD detector; HPLC operation and analysis using fluorescence detector; Analyze protein aggregation by Size Exclusion chromatography (SEC); Statistical analysis by JMP software; Buffer dialysis; Subvisible particle testing by Micro Flow Imaging; Biophysical Analysis, fluorescence, melting point of biologics; Visible particle testing in accordance with European Pharmacopeia Section 2.2.2; Quartz Crystal Microbalance to Study Protein Adsorption; Pre-formulation and Formulation Development of peptides.
