One time sitter for a family night out for a toddler boy and girl

Hello! We are taking out annual beach trip for Easter and we’re wanting to leave the littles at home so we could have a family night out! There are two kids, one who is a little boy and he’s 1 1/2 and the other is a little girl who is 2 1/2! Their bedtimes are around 8- 8:30! We will feed them dinner and have them ready for bed if they aren’t already asleep! So mainly just need someone to be there while they sleep! Not sure exactly how long we will be out but someone I’m sure will be home by 10-11!
