Assistant Manager

In addition to the the management responsibilities, this is a shift working position.

- Must be 18 years of age or older

- Maintain a fast speed of service in a quick service environment, especially during busy times

- Take orders and be able to prepare all the pretzel products

- Resolve customer complaints and problems

- Follow all food safety procedures

- Need to hire, train and mentor employees

- Responsible for employees scheduling 

- Set performance standards for employees

- Responsible for ordering and weekly inventory 

- Responsible for maintaining brand standards

- Available to work any shift, including weekends and holidays
