Machine Operator- Logan, Iowa - Full-time

We are partnering with a local production/print company in Logan IA that is in need of Machine Operators on 1st and 2nd shift!

 

Monday-Friday:

1st Shift 4AM or 6AM to 3PM and  2nd Shift 2:30PM-10PM.

Pay - $16-$18

 

Duties will include-  

• Verify order specifications to complete the identified set-up specification tasks for the machine.
• Perform quality inspections for each setup and regular intervals during production of each order.
• Prepare the product for shipping including all necessary labels and paperwork to ship order
• Complete necessary routing of finished job and accurately record final counts in data collection system.  
• Organize and maintain ALL due dates for orders
• Responsible for the sanitation and safety tasks for the area. 

 

REQUIREMENTS

• High School education or equivalent.
• Ability to perform basic math skills, such as addition, subtraction, multiplication and division.
• Experience working with a scale/ruler and work with basic fractions. 
• Ability to read and interpret basic written instructions. Must be able to communicate both verbally and written.
• Effectively present information and respond to questions from co-workers and managers. 
• Must be able to troubleshoot and problem solve
• Experience in printing helpful.
