Project Manager with Security Clearance

As a member of SAIC's team, you will assist in providing system integration and technical services in support of the customer's data architecture efforts. The team provides on-going operations and maintenance, systems engineering of new systems, and performing analysis on existing and future systems. SAIC seeks a Project Manager to work with developers across multiple software platforms to document and develop designs and evaluate stakeholder and operational needs to derive requirements. This includes working in an agile environment. The individual will provide technical expertise and requires strong analytical skills to critically evaluate the information captured, reconcile conflicts, and determine solutions . Responsibilities include: * Identify and document current business, technical, and data architecture artifacts for functional areas and product lines. * Facilitate technical exchange meetings to identify, collect, and establish, coordinated requirements with key stakeholders. * Provide process support towards the daily administration of technology requirements across appropriate governing forums. Qualifications * TS/SCI with polygraph * Bachelors Degree (B.S.) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Management Systems or a related discipline. * Eighteen (18) years of experience or 22 years of experience in lieu of degree. * Demonstrated experience working with agile teams and agile development practices. * Demonstrated experience establishing and implementing effective requirement practices to include requirements gathering and definition. * Demonstrated experience with working on multi-discipline project team through all phases of product development to ensure successful execution. * Demonstrated experience with Sponsor Networks. * Demonstrated experience working with requirements for building and integrating applications in Sponsor multi-cloud environments. Desired: * Experience working in a System Engineering & Integration (SE&I) type functions * Strong research, writing, and documentation skills Covid Policy: SAIC does not require COVID-19 vaccinations or boosters.
