This position will require a candidate to begin as a crew member with a clear understanding of leadership succession. The team leader will be developed at an expedited pace to enter the leadership team as a Team Lead. Team Leads are expected to run shifts, assign crew member positions, attend to guests' needs, and utilize internal policies for accountability.

As a candidate, you should be able to do any of the following with or without accommodations:

Required qualifications:

  • 18 years or older
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • 3+ years of experience in the food & restaurant industry
  • Management skills: supervising employees

Preferred qualifications:

  • Management skills: resolving customer complaints
